DELIVERY PACKAGING

Your order will be delivered in a beautiful Expect Lace mailer bag with the our name and Logo.

Gift wrapped items will be packaged in a luxury branded gift box, and delivered in a white outer carton.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND OPTIONS?

We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full. However please note that during peak demand time (e.g. Black Friday weekend, Christmas and Valentine's Day) deliveries may take longer than expected. Expect Lace currently uses USPS or FedEx to ship orders.

WHAT IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WHEN YOU EXPECT?

If your delivery is more than 5 working days overdue, please contact us. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.
