Once you place your order online, all orders are shipped from our store locations in PHL within 1-3 business days (M-F, excluding major holidays).  For USPS & UPS shipping, tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on the way! Due to unexpected delays due to Covid-19, we recommend to place your orders as early as possible to make sure your pieces get to you when you need them!

Choose Local pickup (it’s free!) at check out to have your package sent to one of our stores for pick up. The option will appear after you enter once you get into shipping options during checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Pick up times are from 3pm to close (& we can't wait to see you).
Local Delivery*
*Can't bear another day without your Expect Lace pieces? Choose same day local delivery at check out and receive your pieces within hours of placing your order. Same-day orders must be placed before 7 PM EST (M-F) and we'll send you an email to let you know when your parcel is on its way to you. All packages marked as delivered by courier with claim of non-receipt by customer will be subjected to a review and may be granted a replacement order or a store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued for these packages, sorry for any inconvenience

 Here’s what you need to know:
  • Orders going to destinations outside of the US are shipped on a (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, and the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
  • The cost of enclosed items will be on external customs forms even if the parcel is a gift with an enclosed gift receipt.
  • Once your order arrives at its destination you will be responsible for any fees associated with releasing your order from customs (e.g. import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to).
  • When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to standard customs clearance procedures which may result in delays. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control and may affect the final delivery date.

All Expect Lace packages are mailed in branded soft envelopes. If you would like a complimentary gift box you can email us and we will gladly place items in giftbox along with gift receipt and detach all prices.

Sending a gift? Gift wrapping is available for all orders for free but want premium wrapping it is an additional $6.00. Just select GIFT WRAP during check out and your order will come wrapped in tissue and a (beautiful) Journelle box with a hand written card with your personal message. Dont worry, gift receipts are included as well!
We are happy to send your EXL pieces to you in discreet packaging. Just contact us via phone, by email (, or put it in the order notes and we can make sure no one knows!

We partner with top designers across the world and several of them hand-make your lingerie in their ateliers just for you. Check the description of every items for specific details. Orders may arrive in separate packages but we will let you know! Orders purchased with the "special order" tab will arrive in 2-3 weeks and you will receive a notification once shipped. Please take this into consideration when placing special orders.
Expect Lace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit. The shipping costs for orders are nonrefundable. If you are experiencing problems with delivery, please contact the courier with your tracking number.
