RETURN POLICY
Because we know how difficult it is to measure yourself at home when going to purchase bras online.
- Expect Lace accepts Full Refunds (with original form of payment only) for online Purchases only within 30 days
- You can also buy Online and return in store
- All Items must be in Re-Saleable condition, with original product packaging and tags.
- Items that meets these standards will be returned to the customer onto original form of payment.
Expect Lace reserves the exclusive right of final judgment to determine whether an item meets the aforementioned standards.
- Items purchased at www.ExpectLace.com returned with postmark less than 30 days after order confirmation date will be credited at item price (including any tax, shipping excluded)
- If all standards are not met items that not accepted will be returned to customer
- Customers will be responsible for returned shipping cost.
*Menswear, Packaged, intimate devices, and novelty items are final sale*
if repairs are needed, requests should be directed to the brand of the device.
Please note that our online return policy does not apply to in-store purchases for our in-store return policy please note the following.
• Returns are eligible for exchange only within 14 days with original receipt.
• Unfortunately, we will NOT exchange, replace or credit garments that has been monogrammed or personalized.
• We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers, if we notice an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.
• For all returns, merchandise must be presented in saleable condition and established proof of purchase is required.
How to Make a Return
IN-STORE
14 days exchange online or given a merchandise credit.
Bring your merchandise to any EXPECT LACE location with the original receipt or gift receipt. If you would like to exchange your purchase, we'll help you find the right item. If exchange is by mail, please follow the same process “as if” you were in the store.
BY MAIL
1. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
• Pack your return securely, in the original package, if possible, and include your printed invoice.
• Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
2 . SHIP IT
When your package is ready, you can ship it via FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service
• For FedEx, drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.
• For the U.S. Postal Service, give it to your mail carrier or drop it off at your nearest post office.
3 . PLEASE TRACK IT
Click on the "track Your Return" button in your return confirmation email to track the status of your return item(s). Please allow 10-14 business days for the processing of your return by mail.
